For self funding patients, full payment is required at the time of treatment. We are happy to accept payment by cash, debit cards or cheque. 

Our fees vary depending on the duration of treatment required, the nature of your condition and whether you wish to be seen in clinic or at home. Please call our reception on 01978 291154 to find out more about our prices. 

Any additional charges (eg for the purchase of equipment, tapes or orthopaedic supports) will only be made upon agreement with the client. 

Medical insurance

Our clinic is recognised by all major insurance companies. Patients may reclaim their fees, subject to the terms and conditions of their personal medical cover.
It is advisable to consult your insurance company as to level of cover prior to booking an appointment. Please be advised that any policy excess will be payable by the client.

For treatments covered by health insurance we are usually able to invoice the insurance company directly. This avoids you having to pay any upfront charges & eliminates your need to reclaim treatment costs yourself, thus  facilitating a smooth service.

When claiming through a private medical insurance policy you may need to obtain a referral from your GP to obtain authorisation for treatment. Please check with individual companies to confirm their terms & conditions.


In accordance with standard practice, we regret that a charge will be levied for missed appointments or non attendances unless 24 hours prior notice of cancellation is provided.
